Our elevator was broken during our stay, making it extremely inconvenient. Plus, when we arrived, we found the air conditioning unit filthy and not working properly. The overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with smudges on the mirrors and dirt on the doors. I can't believe we were not offered any kind of compensation for this terrible experience.

We had a fantastic group trip! Our stay was perfect for visiting the Wildlife Sports and Education Museum and enjoying the local sights. The room was comfy and spacious enough for all of us. Plus, the coffee in the morning was a nice touch! Just keep in mind the breakfast options were a bit limited.

Staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was smooth and room clean but the luggage cart situation is poor. there’s only one for the entire hotel. Breakfast had limited options. Overall, a neat place for a short stay.
